Payment Options

We’re happy to expedite your claims payment by providing multiple options for you to choose from!

In conversation with the adjuster, customers can choose to receive a physical check via mail or utilize the Customer Choice method of receiving claim payment digitally.

Through the Customer Choice method, you will receive an email from One Inc, Germania’s payment process partner, guiding you through the payment process. Here you will be able to select whether you prefer a printed check (to be mailed) or digital payment. A valid email address and mobile number is required for this method.

The claim payment process may differ if multiple parties, such as vendors, mortgagees and or lienholders are involved.
