Dwayne Herring is the previous owner of Herring Agency of Amarillo, and Dwayne Herring Agency. Prior to his insurance career, he worked as a realtor, managed a farm & ranch retail store, worked as an insurance adjuster for Germania and measured land for the USDA. Herring studied at Vernon Regional College.
During his professional career, Herring served on church councils, as a Director for the United Way, and as an alderman in his community.
Herring has served on the Germania Board of Directors since 1984 and has been active on its subsidiary boards and committees. He obtained his Farm Mutual Director Certification from the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies.
