Vacation Time
Full-time team members receive vacation time based on their position and length of service.
Sick Time
Full-time team members receive 8 hours of sick leave for each full month of employment.
Personal Time
Full-time team members are provided personal time based on position.
Holidays
Germania observes 10 holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and normally either the day before or the day after Christmas. Team members also receive a birthday holiday during the month of their birthday.
Volunteer Time
Germania believes it is important to give back to the communities we live and work in. We have developed a volunteer program that allows team members to volunteer their time during normal working hours to approved organizations.
