Germania’s policyholder accounts and mobile app will be unavailable from 12:00 p.m. CDT Friday, Aug. 5, to 7 a.m. CDT Monday, Aug. 8, for system maintenance. We will be using this time to make enhancements to our system infrastructure.
To file a claim during this time, please call 1-877-GERMANIA. We encourage you to contact your Germania agent with questions or for assistance during this time.
The downtime for our Germania Insurance mobile app will extend to later in the week when a new version of the app will be available in the Apple and Google Play app stores. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for trusting Germania as your insurance carrier of choice.
