A graduate of Burnet High School, Tony Reeves received his bachelor's degree from Howard Payne University. In 1990, Reeves joined Germania as a Field Adjuster. In 1994, he became a Marketing Representative for the West Texas area and in 1998 became Marketing Manager for the Germania companies. In 2004, he became the agent for Local Chapter 370 and owner of Reeves Insurance Agency in Midland.
Reeves served on the Board and Finance Committee for the Green Tree Country Club in Midland. He also served on the Green Tree Homeowners Association Board, and supports the Lions Club, Rotary Club, and the local youth fair. He has his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation.
Reeves has served on the Board of Germania Farm Mutual Insurance Association since 2009 and has actively served on its subsidiary boards and board committees. In 2012, he was recognized by the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies for completing the Farm Mutual Director Certification program. He is the President of the Germania Purchasing Group which provides errors and omissions coverage for Germania agents.
