Defined Benefit Pension Plan – The benefit is funded by Germania and provides a monthly income at retirement.
401K Plan - Germania matches employee contributions dollar for dollar up to a maximum of 4%. Employees are immediately eligible to roll monies from the qualified plan of a former employer.
