PAID TIME OFF
Vacation Time - Full-time employees receive vacation time based on their position and length of service.
Sick Time – Full-time employees receive 8 hours of sick leave for each full month of employment.
Personal Time –Full-time employees are provided personal time based on position.
Holidays – Germania observes ten holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Employees also receives a birthday holiday during the month of their birthday.
Volunteer Time – Germania believes it is important to give back to the communities we live and work in. We have developed a volunteer program that allows employees to volunteer their time during normal working hours to approved organizations.
